(NASDAQ: WSTL) and a leading provider of global conferencing services, announced the launch of Mobile Connect, a mobile conferencing solution for ConferencePlus customers. Mobile Connect, which is currently available to download for free at iTunes and the Apple store, gives customers the ability to host and moderate their conference calls from their iPhone.
Mobile Connect is designed to give customers complete control of their Conference Anytime reservationless teleconferencing accounts. This design integrates the key functionality from the ConferencePlus Account Dashboard management console into the mobile application. Customers receive real-time access to an unlimited number of reservationless conferencing account profiles and can manage them directly from the Mobile Connect application. Call moderation features are available with one touch including the ability to start an audio conferencing recording, mute/unmute lines, and immediately access an operator for assistance.
