With Managed Video Services from ConferencePlus, you can access three levels of video equipment maintenance service.
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICES:
Real-Time Support: 24x7 help desk support. We do not use a voice or key response system during normal business hours coast-to-coast, allowing you immediate access to a Certified Engineer. During our Real-Time Support™, the technician will focus on making your video conference call a success - Real-Time - and follow up with you after your call to insure the problem has been fully resolved. Real-Time Support™ includes all elements of our Remote Support Program.
Remote Support Program: Technical Service Department is available 24x7 for telephone assistance regarding technical issues, trouble call reporting, connectivity with other systems, maintenance assistance, and emergency support. Our video test centre is available for customer use 24x7. Includes software updates and next business day replacement of failed equipment. For renewal maintenance: Peripherals are not covered under maintenance. Monitors not purchased through the manufacturer are not covered under maintenance.
Onsite Support Program: Technical Service Department is available 24/7 for telephone assistance regarding technical issues, trouble call reporting, connectivity with other systems, maintenance assistance, and emergency support. Replacement equipment will be advance shipped via priority air and replaced on-site by a technician. (Monitors, if covered, are shipped via 3-day ground). Our video test center is available for customer use 24/7.
