Web Console (Web Access) Issue on Mac 10.6 and 10.7

Our ConferencePlus Web Tech Team has discovered the following issue: Live Meeting web console (Web Access) freezes the user browser on Mac 10.6 and 10.7. The cause of this issue is that the Verify Mixed Security Code: "Enable - run with protections, no warning" is not selected in Java Preferences.

Resolution: Choose Finder and select File > New Finder Window. In the search box type Java Preferences and then open this option. Once Java Preferences opens select the Advanced tab and scan down to Verify Mixed Security Code, select Enable -- run with protections, no warnings.
