Q: Can I arrange my conference calls online?
A: Yes. From the ConferencePlus website, global.conferenceplus.com, you can schedule, cancel or modify a Conference Passcode or a Web Only call and subscribe to Conference Anytime. First obtain an account login. If you are an existing ConferencePlus customer, you may already have this information. If not, or if you are a new host, please follow these steps:
  1. Register online for a New Account: Because of the importance of security, it is necessary to register for an online account. As a new account holder, you will be authorised to schedule calls for yourself or for other hosts within your company or organisation. To register for an account, go to ConferencePlus' web site at global.conferenceplus.com. Click on "request a new account" under Account Dashboard ConferencePlus main web page. Fill in the requested information and click on "Submit". Your Customer Service Representative will contact you with your secure login within the next business day. If you need to arrange conferences for other hosts, your Customer Service Representative will assist you in registering for those accounts.

  2. Login to your Account Dashboard: After you receive your login and password, you are ready to login to your Account Dashboard. In the "Account Dashboard" section of the main page, enter your secure Login and Password provided to you through the registration process and click on "Submit". Once you login, you can easily change your password by selecting "Update My Profile" in the "Get Started" section.
Q: How do I arrange my conference calls online?
A: From the Account Dashboard page, you can easily schedule a Conference Passcode call, a Web Only call or subscribe to Conference Anytime service. From this page you can also select an existing Conference Passcode call or Web Only call to cancel or edit. If you arrange conferences for multiple hosts, select the correct host from the host list before you begin.

If you select New Anytime Subscription, enter the following information (all information is required):
  • Title: Enter a descriptive title for your conference.
  • Subscribed Sites: Enter the maximum number of participants you expect to join the conference.
  • Conference Preferences:

    Name Record - Select Yes or No for Name Record. Selecting Yes will include a prompt to all participants and host to record their name upon entering the conference.
    Entry & Exit Options - Select Tones, Name, or None. Selecting Name requires the Name Record preference to also be selected.
    Conference Continuation - Select Yes or No. Selecting Yes allows the conference to continue after the host has hung up. Selecting No will cause the conference to be concluded when the host hangs up.
    Conference Quickstart - Select Yes or No. Selecting Yes allows conference participants to start the conference prior to the host joining. Selecting No will place participants in music hold until the host starts the conference.
If you select "New Passcode Conference", enter the following information (all information is required):
  • Conference Title: Enter a descriptive title for your conference.
  • Call Date: Enter the date the call is to take place, using either the calendar selection or enter the date requested directly in the date field.
  • Call Time: Enter the start time (hours, minutes, and AM or PM) for your conference.
  • Time Zone: Enter the proper time zone. Normally the time zone is where the host of the call is located.
  • Daylight Savings Time: Select Yes or No to indicate whether the host location observes daylight savings time.
  • Duration: Enter the expected length of the call (hours and minutes).
  • Expected Sites: Enter the number of participants you expect to join the conference (up to 75). Note: If more than 75 expected sites, please contact the reservation center at +353 (0)1 240 0081 or +44 (0)207 153 0970 and press 5 for Customer Service in order to schedule your conference.
  • Schedule Web: Select the web conference service you desire for your conference call.
  • Conference Preferences:
    Name Record - Select Yes or No. Selecting Yes will include a prompt to all participants and host to record their name upon entering the conference.
    Entry & Exit Options - Select Tones, Name, or None. Selecting Name requires the Name Record preference to also be selected.
  • Additional Services: If you need any additional enhanced services, please call our reservation center at +353 (0)1 240 0081 or +44 (0)207 153 0970 and press 5 for Customer Service.
If you select "Cancel" or "Edit" an existing Passcode conference:
  • Select the existing Passcode conference you would like to cancel or edit.
  • If you select "Cancel order", the reservation is immediately cancelled.
  • If you select "Edit", the order information will appear. Make your changes and click on "Submit" on each page. You will be given a confirmation of the changes when you are complete.
