FAQs: Post-Conference ServicesQ: What is a Digital Tape Playback and how could it benefit me?
A: Digital Recording is a perfect service for those who could not attend a meeting. The recording is a remotely accessed medium that allows users to listen to the meeting at their convenience. Additionally, this service acts as an information bureau by providing employees or investors with the latest-breaking company news.
Q: How long can the Digital Tape Playback (DTP) be available?
A: Digital Recordings are available for any duration. A Digital Recording can be made available for as short a period as 24 hours, or up to a year (or longer), if needed.
Q: What is Voice Capture on Digital Recordings?
A: ConferencePlus provides its customers with the capability of capturing information from callers as they phone to listen to the recording. This information (e.g. the caller's name, company and phone number) is obtained by providing a specific telephone number which participants may call. Customers can also receive participant information via transcription services, sent via e-mail.
